Stephanie is a Professional Practice Assistant Professor in the Theatre Arts Department and the Program Coordinator for Arts Access in the Caine College of the Arts. She holds two bachelor’s degrees along with a Master’s in Education from Utah State and an MFA from Montclair State University in Dance. She has choreographed for the Theatre and Music departments and has offered her energy and talent to many other affiliates throughout Cache Valley including (in alphabetical order) American Festival Chorus and Orchestra, Cache Valley Center for the Arts, Cache Theatre, Cache Valley Civic Ballet, Four Seasons, Lyric Repertory Company, Music Theatre West, and Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theatre. Her versatility in teaching dance extends to pre-school age students at Sound Beginnings, seniors at Sunshine Terrace, teenagers at dance studios and conservatories, and college age actors and educators. Ever a learner, Stephanie continues to find ways to create safe space to explore movement and bring equity and understanding of dance forms and their origins to her students. Her most favorite new title is “Grandma” and she is so grateful to her family for their constant and continued support
